A very interesting news to all WOWnabe’s, a big step I believe for Blizzard to finally make it available for everyone (up until level 20, that is).  Nowadays, more and more games have shifted to F2P, as to NCSoft’s City of Heroes later this yea and the now “initially/partially” Blizzard’s World of Warcraft.  This I believe is due to the fast growing online gaming market worldwide, where more and more games are launching every month and competition is tight. Players are now confuse on which one to play, coz almost everyone is F2P which gives a little downside on Pay to Play / P2P  games.

World of Warcraft, being number 1 (imo), had the need to really add more, regardless of their current base players of 11.5M worldwide. Having worked in the gaming industry for years, this move is not easy, for it involves a lot of complications but then of course potential subscriptions. But most definitely, this will attract a lot of those players “that we don’t like/annoying” in game.

Wishing all WOWnabe’s a happy WOW Time! This is your chance now! Get hooked and see you soon!
